Tony's inspiration for the "Terms & Conditions" project is based on the illusive small prints that various organizations have as their terms & conditions. On two different occasions, Tony fell victim to this small print absurdity because it is extremely difficult to read a full page of technical legal terming in such small font without the need of a magnifying glass or even a lawyer. Tony's main objective when producing the "Terms & Conditions" project is to raise awareness for all, the public, and demonstrate that due diligence is important when attempting to sign any small print agreements.
